AC and Furnace Won't Turn On

We are in a 2017 3820 FK. Our front AC and furnace worked fine until this AM. Now neither the AC or furnace will come on? I can't even turn the fan on in High or Low. The Dometic thermostat appears to be functioning normally with no Fault indications. Pulled the furnace cover and it's bone dry. Turned off air conditioner 120 AC breaker, pulled the 15A furnace fuse, reinstalled the fuse and flipped breaker to on, no joy. I read in one of the threads this procedure is a hard reset. As an FYI, in our rig the rear bedroom AC is also our Heat Pump and they are working fine. Appreciate any inputs. Thanks Joe.

Since the problem is both the furnace and the A/C I would first check the phone like cable in the A/C and make sure it's tight in the connection to the circuit board in the A/C unit (hard to figure how it dropped out, but worth a check) Next I would replace the board since the thermostat sends the request to that board and then the board communicates with the furnace or AC.
