Ice Maker Not Making Ice

I have a 2018 HC 345 RL with a Samsung residential refrigerator model number RF18HFENBSP. The ice maker is located in the freezer at the bottom. It is not making any ice. The no ice button is off. The water supply line is on and I verified I have water at the last connection before going through the floor up to the refrigerator. I have tried lowering temp in freezer. I have pushed the test button several times. I have contacted Samsung but they couldn't locate my model number. So I will try again later and hopefully get someone different.
Anyone got any ideas? Thanks for the help. I attached a picture of the label inside the refer.

In our unit I found a valve under the island sink as well as a valve in the cabinet next to the fridge. not sure of your set up, but there might be more than one water valve.

I have the valve under the sink open. The water line goes through to the belly then and out to the slide then up thru the floor to refer. Just before going through floor I have water. So far I haven't found another valve.

We have a different RV model, but went through the same thing setting up our ice maker. Our dealer said there is a valve to the ice maker behind the oven. Access to the valve is by removing the drawer beneath the oven (toothpick side latches on the drawer). A flashlight should show a small valve along the wall. Turn to open (I heard a rush of water when I did). Let the ice maker run for 8 hrs, which should be long enough to clear the lines, then toss the ice. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the great advice JMB98. That is exactly what it was. Turned on the valve and off it went.
What a heck of a place to have a valve and water line so close to the oven. After removing drawer I found the rear of the drawer tracks not secured.
Thanks again.

Glad it worked for you, Al! Goofy placement, right? We’ve had our trailer since January. Believe me, my head keeps shaking at the quirks we find, lol! Happy trails!

We arrived late to offer advice but this is just another example of the value of being a member of the MOC.

Just fabulous.
