Slide cable failure

Travelling north on interstate, bedroom slide came out at speed due to front cable breaking (both) return (in) cables. Where do I get replacements? Is this a common thing? Easy to replace?

Amazon - about 28 bucks each last week when I bought one, $33 today. BAL supplies a 15 foot cable, a new eye bolt and some crush sleeves. Instead of the crush sleeves, I use two 3/16" cable clams which can be found at Home Depot or ebay. https://www.amazon.com/22305-Cable-R.../dp/B01ETLSF8O

Oh and BAL has an on-line video along with instructions on how to do the job
