Leak in Pass Thru Storage

Water continues to enter thru the doors during rain. Tried many remedies and no luck. Now, dealer says they have started using this gasket/seal and it works better. Anyone have any experience with this seal/gasket?

If it's the gasket around the top of the door, this has been a problem with doors that raise up. When closing them the gasket gets rolled off of the door flange and lets water enter. I've dealt with this too and have found a way so far, going on a year now, of keeping water out. The stock gasket rests on the outward facing flange of the door frame. That's where I believe is the problem. So, I went to Home Depot or Lowe's and found this type of gasket and put it on the downward facing part of the door frame so that the door compresses the gasket when it closes. I cut out a major portion of the factory gasket, only leaving the areas about 4-6" up from the top corners to the inside. Maybe pics will help.

Thanks. I'll give that a try. I was wondering what was going on. I went to the rig this weekend to work on it and when I opened the basement door, a roll of paper towels that I had sitting next to the door were completely soaked!
