Oh Lord - I hope Ms Edith doesn't see your post here. She has been hinting rather strongly for me to make almost the same modification to our HC. Me thinks that I'm not gonna be able to put off doing so much longer. Your mod came out really nice! Safe travels and happy camping

I'm still around and check the posts time to time. We actually sold the Montana to a friend and kept our Carbon toy hauler shortly after I made that table so have not had much to offer here. He wanted more of a dining type seating for 4 people so moved my table outside and bought a freestanding table and chairs from A which works great for them and matches perfect.

There's really nothing you can do to lower the factory table because it's so thick, it will hit your legs if it doesn't already.
