Montana gutter

I mashed the last two foot of gutter and spout. Does anyone know how it is attached. Screws under the rubber portion? Also, if anyone knows where to get replacement. Thanks

Jerry,
I think no one has an answer for you, I just don't remember how it was attached, does it look like it was installed before the roof? I would think it was attached after the roof, but ????
I have 3" of snow on mine right now..
I would think Montana factory would be of some help, what type unit do ou have?

If it is like the Mountaineer, it is screwed on behind that piece of rubber molding (all that does is cover the screws). I would think those same screws attach the rubber roof membrane also.

Just pull the plastic insert out and you will find the gutter is attached with screws...

Sorry to hear about your problem. A lot of us have had trouble like that. I cut down a rather large tree after my last "rub".
I agree that it is just screwed on. Make sure you seal the screws well against water. They can be a source of water inside the wall if you are not real careful to seal them. I have used the caulk used on the roof.

I agree with the rest and that the screws are under the rubber gasket. As Keith said "... make sure the screws are sealed well... when you reinstall them. I've removed some of mine on the rig and reinstalled them. Before putting them back in I shot some caulk into the holes before reinstalling them and then put some over the top of each screw also before reinstalling the rubber gasket.

Sounds to me like a thorough fix ...
