Jacks dropping

Well,
After this last trip, I see now my 2 left side rear jacks seem to "droop" after raising them .
This happens in a matter of minutes. No sign of any leaks at the jacks, and only these 2.
Hydraulic tank is full. Any ideas? They only drop about 6 inches, but that is enough to make for a really bad day...

Any advise would be welcome.

I'd call Lippert customer service, they are usually great to work with. Personally, I think you have a seal/check valve that's leaking and releasing the pressure internally, but they'll know for sure.

Gordo, have you checked the manifold for any leaks? When I got my unit, the manifold in the front battery compartment was leaking very slightly, but it was enough to cause what you describe. Only a few drops on the floor of the compartment.

On the bottom of the manifold there are what looks like outlet ports. That's not what they are, only what they look like and I don't know another way to describe them.
Anyway, run your finger along the bottom of these to see if any have hydraulic fluid seeping out. Mine had 8 ports, I guess 6 for the level up jacks and 2 for the hydraulic slides.

Look up the "stiction" bulletin on Lippert's site.

Anti-stiction fluid or Fork Oil is more for the popping noise you'll get typically in the cold of winter. I added a quart of Fork Oil a couple months ago in anticipation of this winter. There are several approved options to use, one of which is https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Maybe she hid it in the hydraulic reservoir. Didn't you state the were popping out?

The mid/rear hyd levelers are operated in tandem.. your issue can be caused by...
... air in system... bleed system by extending and retracting levelers 3 to 5 times to purge air
... manual over ride screw on solenoid valve for that side is not right allowing hyd pressure to bleed off.
Check with 1/8 inch Allen wrench and insure it’s closed
.. one of the two levelers ..mid/rear on that side is bypassing internally.. easy to test and verify..

Stiction is not what’s causing your issue.. you are loos8ng hyd pressure that holds jacks retracted

Did the cycle deal, checked all the manifold fittings, cycled 10 more times....and it looks like they are holding for now.
Again, thanks for ALL the help from everyone...

Ok, I did want to ask, in case they droop again, where is the soleniod you speak of? Is it on the jack near the top?

Glad your levelers are holding in the retracted position so far... the six point hyd level system will have 3 separate solenoids ...
.. front LG will have one and it will be either on LT or Rt front only
.. the mid/rear levelers each have one solenoid mounted on a manifold usually along with a solenoid for hyd slide outs

I’d locate these and carry necessary Allen wrench along with cordless drill and 1/4 in Allen stock to be able to manually override your hyd pump system should the motor fail...

Pic is what my solenoids look like...
