New Full timer

Hello,

I just relocated to my wife’s hometown to live full time in our new to us 2018 Montana HC 364BH with our two kids (9,11). We plan on building a shop with living quarters over the next year and surviving the Wyoming weather this winter if we don’t have a roof to park the RV under yet. Hope all goes well, I just replaced a sail switch after living the first week. Everything else seems to be operating well. Shower faucet is only hot when full on the cold if you try to mix at all? Also got some dicor to clean and reseal roof this spring. Any help appreciated.

First, welcome to the forums! Second, good luck on your building project. I hope everything goes well. Third, congrats on getting your Montana!

Considering you are just starting out on this new property with a new build, here's something you may consider. It was always my pipe dream to build a structure that was livable that contained a full bathroom, a kitchen, a bed room, a living room area, and some space for storage (think tiny house). But attached to this is an RV port (like a car port) with a roof over it, on concrete with the full hook-ups, with the door side facing the entry door to the structure where both camper and building are one. But, the carport is not so enclosed I couldn't pull the camper out at any moment and hit the road for a trip. Then imagine the RV port extended enough I could have a fire pit and lawn chairs, string some patio lights and forever be camping.

Something like this:????

Well, anyway, its a pipe dream I'll probably never have. I'm just glad I can park my camper on my own property and use it any way I want. Logistically, on my property, there's no good way to build an RV port.

So again! Congrats on the property, the Montana, and good luck with the build! Welcome to the forums!
