Updated 7/31 - Meet & Greet 2015-Need Food/Helpers

Update 7/31
Many thanks to all of you for bringing the food and for the help cleaning up, and of course for all of you for showing up!

Pat yourselves on the back for making the Meet & Greet a success!

Update 7/18 - Ok folks, time is getting closer and we need to start getting an idea on how many helpers to help out with this event and for those who have offered to bring food, we need to have a better idea as to what you will be bringing so as to have enough food of different choices.

We would love to have more food for the tired and weary campers on arrival day. Anyone else care to contribute?

Meet and greet will be held at the pavilion at 6pm Wednesday July 29. Here is where we get to say hello and pay our rally / event fees. Checks or cash is required. But the biggie is where we all bring some food and “GET TO EAT”.

Speaking of food, we would like everyone to please bring something for us hungry and weary travelers to eat. To keep the rally costs down, you will need to bring your own plates and silverware and your favorite beverage.

Food suggestions; Surf and Turf (just kidding, or though would be great.) Finger food, chips, dips, cheese, or veggie or fruit tray. These are just a few examples. (Any item that requires a utensil, please bring it with the food item.)

Please chime in and let us know what you will bring so we can have a list of food items.

Also would need 4 people to help with clean up afterwards.

Thank you all for all your help and thoughtfulness!

Scott & Pati
Assistant Wagonmasters

Scott & Pati Luciano - Mini hot dogs and dessert

Scott-pati,

I'm sad to say that we are canceling our reservation to Sevierville rally this year. We ordered a new truck and it's expected to arrive around the time of that rally. There will be some prep work to be done before we can pull our 3610RL. We will to try to make it to Sevierville next year if that's where that regional rally will be. Y'all have fun!
