Kelderman Air Ride

We're in the process of looking at new trucks and was wondering if anyone has a Kelderman Air Ride suspension on their TV and if so, do you like it and was it worth the price?

TC,
Kelderman makes a good product. I believe it's probably worth the money. You might check out Mor/ryde also. They sell and install a good suspension system for trucks also.

Air Ride also makes a rear spring replacement air system very similar to Kelderman specifically for 3/4 and one ton class trucks.

I can only comment on two of those system. We have owned the Mor/Ryde RL system. It will make the ride a little better. We only used it from Elkhart Ind. to Tennessee. We didn't give it a really good test.

We now have the Link Air Ride suspension, which is a whole rear suspension, go to their web site and you can see what it looks like. It has whats called a option in which you can lower the rear of you TV 5 or 6 inches (Dump Valve for you Truck Drivers). And it will automatically level the Tv. We also have the Air Ride seats, which greatly improved the ride. We drove from Casa Grande, Az. to Tennessee (1,675 miles) and stopped for a total of 4 hrs and 1 more hour to sleep. We also stopped to get fuel one time and eat 3 times. If we had been in our 3500 1 ton dually, Delaine condition wouldn't have been able to do this. We don't ever run that hard while Rving, its normally 250 to 300 miles a day. And we don't recommend running this hard. I'm trying to say the Link Air ride and the Air ride seats have made this possible. We also have the Trailer Saver Air 5th wheel and Mor/Ryde pin box which makes the 5th wheel ride like its on Air. Hope this helps you make your decision in what system you prefer. We are looking for a Air Seats upgrade for our Chevy Dually we have on order. Good Luck...GBY....
