Fridge door not closing well

Our trailer has a four door R.V. fridge, a Dometic RM 1350. I have the manual. The left door has a long flap like attachment. You close the left door first, then the right.

We came home from Florida two months ago. I went outside to turn on the fridge as I need some extra fridge space for something. The left door is not closing properly. DH took a look at it and said I have to raise the flap a bit to close the door. He feels it probably needs some adjusting. He tried undoing the screws on the flap, and moving it up, but was not successful. It is catching on the bottom.

Does anybody have any idea how to fix this? The manual does not address this issue. Do we have to adjust the whole door?
