First Rv ever

Well we finally pulled the trigger and bought us a 3791rd after five years of getting Debt free. So we are in the process of closing on the house and be gone by end of the month. So far we are living it and all those years of videos are paying off lol.

Congratulations on a new rig and debt free. That must be great to have that burden off your back.

Yep, you are on the way. Welcome to the forum. Get a good pressure regulator and surge protector, protect your investment.

Just found my ladder for the fifth wheel - Murphy Ladder, 11' version - 27 lbs and 375 lb rating. You'll need something similar to adjust awning. Folds up to store easily.

I bet you're an Escapee Member. What made me think of that was last year at the MOC Rally, a gal said she was NOT from Livingston but was using Escapee Mailing. Where was your S&B? I live on Lake Livingston, thought you were a previous neighbor.

Congratulations and good luck.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE BANK ACCOUNTS BEFORE YOU SELL EVERYTHING AND HIT THE ROAD! Banks cannot and will not open bank accounts unless you have a valid street address that matches the one on your driver's license a-la the Patriot Act.

Roger that.....yes sir

Is it a MONTANA ? If yes u will LUV it . I have 38foot 2008 5th wheel by them. Me and Maggie the dog luv it. First thing to learn is how to "baby" your black tank. Lotta tricks to keep it clean.....liquid laundry soap, pillow pods from Walmart RV section. (get stuff there) LOTS of h2o all the time. Next subject, google "interior air quality" in RV. Very important. Be careful when u go on roof....and u will be up there. I think sticky sneakers r the only way. Put a clear elbow on sewer outlet, it's the ONLY way u know what ur dumping. peace....msg me if u want....Mark Z
