I would be glad to attach a picture or two, but can't figure out how on this forum. Any tips?
I think there's a link or post somewhere on it, but it's pretty easy. First, you need to belong to an online site that will let you store pictures and link to them. A good one (and free!) is Photobucket. After uploading your picture there, you can resize it if it's too big or small. Your pictures are loaded into your alblum and you can add titles to them if desired. As you move your cursor over each picture, a drop down menu will appear. The bottom selection is "IMG Code" and if you click on it, the text in the right of the box highlights. Press the Ctrl and C key together, and you have copied that text into memory. Then come over here to where you want the picture and press Ctrl V and the link will be posted into your message. That's it - your done! As I mentioned above, if the picture is too big or small, go to Photobucket and resize it.

Good news on the Montana bent frame. More-Ryde sent me an aftermarket crossmember, free of charge. A local repair shop straightened the frame and installed the crossmember. Keystone paid for the labor. I found both companies very easy to work with, once I was in touch with the correct people.

You're right Tom. The 1st pic shows the poorly designed reinforcement of the I-beam webbing, on the 2007 model, that allowed the I-beam to bend resulting with the suspension hanger deflecting inward approx. 20 degrees. The 2nd pic shows the added gusetting used on the 2008 and later models. I don't know if this additional reinforcement helped or not.

Interesting. Thanks for the pictures. That's one more thing for me to periodically check that I'd not really thought about previously.

Notes from a Michigander--in Key West.
With your trailer being a 2007 Keystone won't repair it.

Not clear on a 'bent frame', but if you do have a frame issue I'd get it to one of the big dealers up there to evaluate it. At this point it probably isn't worth it to repair it $$$$$ unless it isn't safe.

Do what I did with my old Terry years ago, sell it to one of the deer hunters who puts the trailer on their 50 acres and leaves it there for their annual hunt.
