2017 2 thermostats both messed up

I have a 2017 Montana 3790RD having a group of people coming to stay with me and plan on using it as a spare room and it’s in the low 30s here. Both are Dometic, Bedroom runs furnace and AC and the Kitchen runs furnace and AC/Heat pump on different settings
The bedroom thermostat keeps changing itself to AC to off back to AC no matter where you originally set it to.
The kitchen thermostat runs both furnace and heat pump when set to furnace heat.
Currently I’ve turned the breakers to both ACs to off but considering this is a top of the line fifth wheel I believe they should work as designed. Please don’t tell me to take it to a dealer because it’s spent more time there than in my yard. I’m up for suggestions or even advice on what to replace them with.
The bedroom Thermostat was already replaced by the dealer once.

Thank You
Mike

I've seen in other threads that these thermostats can be buggy. It's possible that the bedroom TStat might just need to be replaced...again.

I might have this backward but I believe that if you have your fan set to "Auto" that it will run the AC unit along with the furnace. You might check/experiment with the fan setting. The kitchen thermostat might be OK.

On my rig the bedroom thermostat does have a furnace setting but doesn't do anything the only furnace control is the downstairs thermostat which controls furnace for the entire rig. If you have the downstairs thermostat fan setting on anything other than auto when you use the furnace the AC fans will blow but the AC won't come on. To get the whole thing to work correctly, in my rig, you leave the bedroom thermostat off and set the downstairs thermostat to auto fan and furnace.

Good point. The bedroom TStat only runs the AC

My response is the same as DQDick above. Also my thermostats work better using a VERY LIGHT touch of the finger.

Thanks All, Apparently my walk through person didn't know how the thermostats worked, I wonder what else he got wrong. LOL.

Before replacing the entire thermostat, try taking the cover off and see if it works without it. Ours had the foams for the contacts squished and when we took off the cover the thermostat worked just fine. We used a toothpick to straighten out the foams before we put it back on.
