Waterleak from cold air return after heavy rain

Had a very heavy rain Saturday and water leaked out of one of the cold air returns to rear a/c. Soaked the bed. Checked the roof and saw nothing obvious. Removed the cover and could tell nothing also. Has anyone had this problem before??? Also trying to get help from Keystone seems like an exercise in futility.
Thanks

Gasket/seal between the ac pan and roof would be the first thing I would check, could be pinched or improperly torqued. Water buildup could also occur if drain holes blocked or clogged preventing proper draining.

If you got no action from Keystone Customer Service you might try an email to ownerrelations@keystonerv.com

Thanks all.
Keystone put me in touch with a Dutchman dealer that I called. Next week I have to call back & talk with owner as he is out of town this week. Hopefully they can help.
I too believe it was just a case of too much rain for weep holes to drain water but will wait to see. Right now I covered it with the infamous blue tarp. Don't need my bed wet again. Will follow up once I learn more.
Thanks again.
Joe
