Level Up fluid reservoir level

In preparation of fixing the popping noise my husband checked where the Level Up fluid reservoir is. He noticed it's only half full. Actually he noticed it's half empty, but that's a discussion for another day!

How full should that reservoir be?

Was it checked with the hydraulic level-up jacks extended? Usually, it is checked with the system retracted.

As with any checking of a reservoir level, make sure all(actuators)cylinders are fully retracted otherwise you'll overfill the reservoir. I'd imagine about 1" from the top would be about right.

Good point. The jacks were down. We'll have to check again with them retracted. Thanks!

Like everyone else suggests, retract everything and if it needs fluid add Fork oil from the motorcycle shop. Ours would pop all the time till we added the fork oil.
