On the ball....I think???

Hey All,

Has anyone put in extra installation in any of your outside storage boxes? Was over at the camp ground and there was a guy that was adding foam board to all of the sidewall and top and doors to all of his outside storage boxes. He pu 1.5 inch on the wall's 3/4 on the back of the door's and 1/2 in on the top (Ceiling) of the box. Glued in all in with 3M spray glue.

Looks like a good idea to me, but then that me.... LOL

Any insulation one can add to their campers is a "plus". It helps with both heat and air conditioning. Anywhere you can close up a hole allowing for drafts is a "plus" too. Sounds like a good idea to me.

We use bubble wrap of foam in all our inside cabinets as well as foam in all our outside storage areas. Our basement has foam behind both doors eliminating the need to try and cover all the area inside. If you pull the foam out to access the basement in the winter a whole lot of warm air comes out so it does work.

Seems a waste of time and money.. the Coroplast is only 1/4" thick. Unless he's insulating for noise..
