Front hydraulic jacks

When raising my front jacks after hookup they raise about an inch or so then quit. So I have to keep pressing the raise button until they are finally up an in or two at a time. Used not to do that. Fluid level is good. Any thoughts

Year and Model trailer would help.
Is the pump still running when the jacks stop?

Since it's cold out you may need to increase the size of your resettable breaker to 80 amp.

2018 3160RL. I think it could be the resettable breaker. Thanks
