It is hard to imagine any RV owner taking a rig in to sell at a dealer with a full black tank and probably a host of other issues. Good luck with your resolutions. Hope it ends well for you.

Thank you so much for the well wishes! It turns out the tanks were not full, the gauges are not accurate. The black tank however was cracked. The dealer has done a temporary fix so we can use it until a new tank comes in. Keeping my fingers crossedo that the fix gets us through this weekend.

Welcome to the current growing number of disappointed newer Montana owners. In all fairness, late model quality (or lack of) is an industry wide issue no matter the brand. Is the crack up by the bedroom slide lower front corner? If so ... it is somewhat common. Unless your dealer has some direct connection to acquire a tank, you may be hard pressed to get one installed by Labor Day Weekend if you just now took it back.
In all fairness the reason for lack of quality is because ONE PARENT COMPAMY........
THOR!!!! Can you imagine if a car company made their cars the way Thor made their Rv,'s?
My fender fell off, the car is flooded, heater don't work, trim is falling apart, fame is flexing and cracking, paint coming off, headlights don't work, . Us, as the car buying public would say, "they all do it in all fairness"

Difference between car and rv manufacturers is that one is a regulated industry and one isn't. Can you guess which is which? John
