dieselguy,
Sadly, that is true with MOST companies that provide some type of service. Dealerships, home builders, home repairs, garages, etcera ad nauseum. I have seen only 1 RV repair shop that does not fit the norm. This one is in Bullhead City, Arizona. The owner is the repairman and parts manager. His wife is the admin assistant, sales clerk, secretary, janitor, re-stock person, payroll manager, inventory manager, etc. But they do good work and work together good.
Personally, we like to do business with home grown and owned outfits versus the huge conglomerates (like Camping World, Chris Everts, McMahon RV [Phoenix and southern Cal] and other large multi-location dealerships
).
