Empty line

OK, here's the other question. We have a 2980RL and I put the pink stuff in it several days ago. I do have one line that has no pink stuff in it at all. It runs from the passenger side basement wall around to the drivers side and then goes up into the floor and comes out under the bathroom sink where it then looks like it goes into a breather or something and runs back down through the floor and where it goes is your guess from there! I'm thinking it is the blackwater tank flush line since that is approximatley where it comes from into the basement but I'm not positive. I have blown it out with air and see no water in it at all. Any ideas on what this line is and if it needs to have pink stuff in it? Apparently the winterizing kit and the lines from the pump has nothing to do with this line! Any ideas???

Yep that sound like the black water flush line blowing out will take care of it.

Illini Trekker is correct that it is the black tank flush line. I doubt there's any water in that line to worry about, though.

By the way, if you ever have trouble with the black tank flush, check that valve at the top of the lines under the vanity. It's the weak point in the system and often is the source of problems. It's been described by Keystone service people as a "vacuum break."
