Back from our first trip with the 3400 RL 2007

Hey Guys,

Had an awesome time on our first trip. Spent a week in North Carolina. Weather could have been better but all went great! I just have one question to you guys that have the composite couter tops we have a crack in the center of the sink and I was wondering if anyone else has had that happen and what did your dealer/Keystone do to fix the problem? I know the unit is under warranty but I was just curious as to if this is a common problem with this feature? Other than the crack we found nothing else went wrong. We used the hell out of everything too. I am very happy with my unit and I hope the rest of you have had as great an expierence as we did. Oh, I just want to say hello to our friends we met in NC at the dealership there and I hope you made it home to Ohio with no problems with your new Monty!! Now I am trying to get my mom and dad to buy a new Cougar they fell in love with! Anyway, I hope all is well with everyone and thanks for all the feedback!! See Ya! Heather and Russell and Kids!

Congratulations, Heather and Russell, on your flawless (almost) maiden voyage with your new 3400. May you have many more to come. We are in Maggie Valley, NC now and we know what you mean about the weather. High wind warnings for tonight and tomorrow here in the mountains and freeze warning for tonight. Good thing our furnace and heaters work.

Good to hear about your great first trip!! Hope there is many more to come.
Cracks in the countertop are not the norm, but there has been some before.
Your dealer should be able to look after it.

Hello from NC. Congratulations Heather and Russell. Glad to hear you had a great first outing. We will be picking up our Monty 3400RL Wednesday. We will take the maiden trip Thursday or Friday. We are originally from Newport News and still have family there. Hope you have many more memorable moments.

Congrats on a successful maiden voyage!! We're still waiting on a delivery date for our new 3400RL, hopefully we'll get some news on that this week. Dealer is saying 6 to 8 weeks but we're hoping for sooner rather than later.

Congratulations Heather, I hope ours will go as well as yours!

I think the only fix for the crack is replacement. We saw a bunch of broken countertops behind the barn at our Dealer, so that must be the cure.

Congrats on the successful maiden voyage. Hopefully, the dealer will get that sink repalced forthwith.
