A/C mystery

I have a 17 3790RD. Several times this week the living room A/C will be running fine & then it won’t turn back on after stopping. The inside temp is higher than the thermostat is set. Even if I run the thermostat lower it still doesn’t come on. If I shut the system down for a few minutes it comes back on when I turn the system back on. After that it runs fine for the rest of the evening.
Any suggestions?

Hey, milsutter. I had the same problem yesterday except with both our units. It was suggested to me to pull the thermostat off the wall and reset it. I turned the unit to off before doing that. So far it's been 24 hours and all is working fine now. Take a look at https://www.montanaowners.com/forums...20#post1183420.

Turning your fan to high will keep it running through defrost cycles and also circulates air.
