Progressive Dynamics PD4500 Power Control Center Issue

This weekend we traveled to Morro Dunes RV park in Morro Bay, CA. We had a great time with family, but it rained every day over the Thanksgiving weekend. Ugh!

Here is my problem. We have an OEM, Progressive Dynamics PD4500 Power Control Center (inverter/converter) installed in or 2016 3160 Legacy. When I’m connected to shore power, all the electronics, lights, water pump, etc. power on and off correctly. When I disconnect from shore power, all the electronic components that work off of 12 volts do not work at all. Everything is dead. My 12 volt deep cell battery is fully charged, my auto level system works just fine, but no other components work. I also noticed that there is no “hum” coming from the PD4500. I checked all the 120 volt circuit breakers and all the 12 volt fuses are fine. Nothing is tripped or blown. I’m suspecting that the PD4500 control board has failed and I may need a new PCC.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and how did you resolve it?

Don

Check your battery disconnect switch in the convenience center

No issues wit the pd4500 yet and we fulltime. Agree to check battery cutoff in center. You won't be the first to have a brain fart on that.

Ok, you guys were right. I always pull my battery when the rig is in storage and not bother with the disconnect key in the convenience center. I must have turned it off the last time we were out and forgot that I did that. Brain Fart!

Another battery disconnect switch in the convenience center vote. If you can pull the red switch handle out, it is is the wrong position,
