Air reset?
I am trying to figure out this problem with my air remotely. We are 1300 miles away from the Montana and I have a friend checking on it every few days.
Where it is located there was a pretty severe storm. When he went to check on it Zone 1 and Zone 2 air was off, plus the microwave time was blinking, indicating to me that power had been lost at some point.
Anyway, I walked him through going to zone 1 and turning the air back on to 82 and automatic fan. When he tried to use the "zone" button to switch to zone 2 it wouldn't let him.
Any ideas.

Have you tried "resetting" the thermostat?
1. Turn thermostat OFF.
2. Press "MODE" and "ZONE" buttons @ same time."Init" should display on screen.
3. Release "MODE" and "ZONE" buttons.
4. Turn thermostat back ON.
5. System should now be reset.
Hope this helps.

Thanks David, I didn't have that reset procedure with me to relate to my buddy who is checking on my Montana, but thanks to you I do now. He is suppose to give me a call tonight and let me know if anything has changed. I will walk him through the reset.
I was wondering earlier today if the campground got hit bad enough and my pedestal is only producing 30amp or there could be something else wrong there.

It sure is nice when a plan comes together! Being over 1300 miles away from my Montana when the airs decide to stop working, and the temps heading toward 100 degrees really had me stressed. Thanks to WeBeFulltime I passed on the master reset instructions to my buddy who is looking after my fiver. He did the reset and not both airs are humming along at 80 degrees!
Thanks again David for your post. This is why the MOC is such a great forum.

Glad it worked for you. I had to reset my own a few days ago after finding fingerprints from a 3 year old rugrat on the thermostat! LOL. LOVE my grands!
