How long does it take for the moisture to build up and what type of reefer do you have. RV reefers will have some moisture after a couple of weeks.

Humidity where you are and how well your doors are sealing can be one cause of that issue.

I just bought a battery powered Refer Fan to see if that clears the moisture.I was told to check the wire on the right of the cooling coils.

We are in San Diego area(Santee) I just bought a battery powered Refer Fan. We will see if that does anything. It is a Norcold Refer. I was told to check the wire attached to the coil.

I have gotten ice on the coils also and I just used a hair dryer to melt the ice and water went out the drain. it comes from moisture in the air. RV refers dont defrost like the one at home. It's no big deal just put the hair dryer on hi and let her rip.

Close the door on a dollar bill and see if the magnets will hold it there. If it pulls out without having to pull on it a little bit you may have to have your door adjusted.

What type of rv fridge? I have a Norcold 2118 and the double door ‘flap’ would not close sometimes. It would drag on the bottom of the fridge and allow moist air to enter. Shims (washer) under the door hinge moved the door up just enough to eliminate the seal issue. I also added interior battery fan AND internal 12v fan blowing on fins AND inlet/exhaust fans on the exterior vents AND ARPrv controlling the fans all of which finally made my fridge operate properly. I can now enjoy a cold beer without an external ice chest.
