Lets look at the bigger ford trucks, say the f650-f750 what engine is in those?

Got 103000 on mine nothing wrong to date other than recalls the old dodge looks like it came off the showroom floor, now I had a ford van with 350000 miles on it never had luck with gm's it's all good
