Sue took a fall on our hike yesterday

But she is mostly OK this morning, sore and can't bend her finger much, (she bent it back on the tumble) she still has a big goose-egg on her arm and her leg is sore.
Mac nd Kathy (Wepull) MOC friends were with us, a tough climb up a very rocky canyon.
Hiking this territory is dangerous, but we accept the danger, as we love this area so much.
I am 68 yrs old and still ticking, we will do it until I can't.

Well, my old granny used to say Epsom's Salt and Watkins Salve will fix 'about anything like that. I just want to know why you pushed her, Ozz. Hope you get better soon, Sue.

Hope Sue heals soon. You are only as old as you feel. You have a great spirit - keep going.

steelpony5555,

That wasn't a bump you were looking at...that was the Ozz-man.

Tell Sue Joyce and I hope she's back to normal in no time. Falling down these mountains doesn't work real well for young folks either.

We hope Sue is feeling better. As we get older, those falls hurt alot more.

Folks, I want to point out that Ozz was in no way responsible for Sue's fall.

(Ozz, don't forget the $10 you promised me!)

Hope all is well with Sue!

Thanks guys and gals, Sue is recovering nicely, she even made a splint for her finger out of tape and fingernail files...another Ozz mod???? I'm hinting to her that we go out hiking tomorrow, lukewarm response
Tom, check is in the mail..
Mickey, it is not fun to be responsible, promise me you will not be next year

Hope Sue is doing better. Where are you hiding out these days? We are a little over three weeks from a big announcement. Take care.

Hi Ron, we are outside of Phoenix in the Sonoran Desert, where I can cause a minimal amount of social disruption to civilized society
I am already dreading the return to Kansas City, a short month and a half away.
I have a big Antique mall with 18 15 Ton A/C units I have nurtured for the past 30 odd years. The Spring start-up is a pay-day I can't miss.
We will watch for the announcment... a 'Gold watch' type of announcement maybe??
I hope the home build went without a problem, I think I remember the fires missed you guys.

First off Ozz I hope Sue is doing better and shes not working you to hard. Now all I can say is wow, 6 weeks away from work, that four letter word!! But understand the payday thing, gotta have it to play like we do. Take care young man and Sue also. Hope to run across you folks someday! In fact will make a point of it if possible. We will be in Colorado sometime in Oct. to see my grandkid and great grandkids. This will be on our way to Gulf Shores once again. Coming from MI to CO. to AL may take awhile but it will be a good trip. Maybe we can hook up for a meal one day.
