2012 3750FL mattress

ours came in (king size as ordered) with rounded corners and it's not a pillowtop as stated on the website. Anyone else with a recent 2012 just wondering what yours came with.

Thanks!

Looking at my order sheet for our 3750FL Big Sky, due out next week, the king size pillow top is a $310.00 option. Whether it comes to us that way remains to be seen.

Our 2012 mattress was a piece of crap. Fought for a new one and that was going nowhere, so asked for the one out of our trade in and got it. The one we got now is awesome. The one in the 2012 was like material wrapped around springs.

Fascinating on how things can change/be different even within a model year. Our 2011 3400 (actually built in late 2010) came with a pillow top King, and it is super comfortable. We have no plans to change it out. Conversely, our 2007 we had, the mattress was lousy. It was one of the things we were going to change.....had we not gone and gotten the new one!!! Love our 2011 3400!

That's a perfect description! Material wrapped around springs. We are pushing for the pillow-top, but so far got the old items are subject to change... blah, blah

This is the quote from keystone to me, " your comfort is not warrantable". that was shocking because on their brochure's I had it said Unsurpassed Quality and Comfort. Everybody that saw our mattress couldn't believe it.

good luck, and stay after them.

Our king mattress was a pillow-top mattress and was "ok" for the first couple of months; however, after nearly 12 months use during the 2010 and 2011 seasons, the mattress was not "ok." Frankly, we did not expect the highest quality mattress in an rv. When we returned home in November we promply cut the plywood frame down to queen size (we both felt that the king bed just was too big for the space alloted to it) and put in a queen size memory foam mattress. Have not had an opportunity to use it yet, but we hope it will be better that the mattress it replaced. We already like the extra room to move around the bed. We will provide a review of the mattress this fall when we get back home from the 2012 season.
