The flag ship Audis and the Land Rovers have been aluminum for several years. They are unibody but they aren't all aluminum. There are steel parts in the under carriage, axels, hinges and other parts. They haven't had a problem. Ford won't either but we will haft to be careful when we add things like a hitch. The people who make these things will make them compliant with Ford's standards.
