Can someone please give me a quick lesson on determining manufactured date on tires. I did a search but could not find the info Thanks

It's the number of the week and the last two digits of the year.

Thanks so much. We put cooper tires on our truck just a year ago and they are cracking already. One has been replaced and now another one is cracking. Want to determine how old they are.
