Scary Drive
Has anyone traveled Hwy 550 (heading south from Ouray, Colorado to Silverton) along the "Million Dollar Highway" towing their Montana?
If so, what was your experience? Years ago we drove it (not towing), and we found it quite scary at times.

I have traveled this road 3 times in the last 10 years with my motorcycle..............no way would I take my RV. If I was forced to do it, I might try it going north but not south!!!! It is an amazing stretch of road.

Driving, yes. Towing, no. Beautiful drive not to be missed, but I don't think I would tow over it.

Four horse trailer loaded with four horses, a bunch of times over the years, never the Montana. I would do it if needed, just wouldn't look forward to it. Rode the GoldWing over it a bunch, fun ride on a bike.
