Cargo hauler

I want to put my generator and bicycle on a cargo hauler. I had one last year but did not like it because it was bouncing to much. Has anyone welded another receiver to the beam to do away with the bouncing. Any ideas or suggestions with pictures are welcome.

I actually welded up three receivers with a piece of channel iron across the back of my last 5th wheel that were tied into the frame. Used it to carry lightweight dirt bike back there. BUT it doesn't make much difference how strong you make it the bouncing is more associated with the location being all the way at the back end of the trailer. Independent suspension is about the only thing that will actually help I would think.
