Broken window
When traveling to the NC mountains last week, a rear half roll out window shattered. Can anyone advise if I can order directly from Keystone or will I have to pay the middle man and order from a RV dealership?

We went thru our dealer. Frameless window. Took two weeks from order to arrival. One hour to install. Had to replace entire window. Didn't try any other options, ie glass repair shop, direct to manufacturer, etc. I have never been successful trying to order anything direct from Keystone, not their business plan.

Appreciate your input, was the full replacement window pricey?

You might try Tira in Elkhart, they are the parts supplier for our SOB that's now under Keystone.
I ordered a replacement window a couple of years ago from them. Biggest problem is the shipping cost, almost equal to the window cost, but replacement simple with two people.

If I remember correctly, there was someone on here who had the glass replaced by a local glass shop. Do a Search and hopefully you find it (or the member who had it done sees this).
