Pin Box - 373RD

OK - just made the commitment on a 373RD … upgrading from our beloved 305RL. Been a great unit!

Pin Box on the 373RD is a Road Armor.

Curious if anyone has comparison to the Road Armor box VS MorRyde Rubber Pin Box.

More than likely getting the IS put under it

Thx - ask Bill if your old pin box was just the steel pin box before he had the Rubber Pin Box installed at the Rally

As the Vendor Coordinator for the last two National Rallies I can tell you that I was shocked by the number of owners who paid Morryde to change the road armor pin box out. Seemed like a big expense for a new rig, but a good number of folks did it.

All I can tell you is that a couple of years ago there was a number of us at our SOB Rally that junked the expensive Lippert/TrailAir Tri-Glides Pin Boxes in favor of the MORryde.
I think the new Road Armor is just Lippert's new name for the former RotoFlex.
I think they have fixed the issue of the Rubber Block moving, but would keep an eye on it.

It would be nice not to worry about keeping the TrailAir properly inflated - darn thing like tires goes up and down with air temp just like tires

Yes, we had the OEM Lippert before changing it out at the rally. 2000 miles since then, it’s a night and day improvement with the MorRyde
