On our 2010 Montana, Our LED light above pin box stays on all the time. Can't find anywhere it would turn off. Can anyone help please?

I think the switch is on front near curb side. It has a rubber cover

On our 2010, it was the inside door side scare light.

On our 2010 it was also on the switch with one of the scare lights, but our 2010 had a remote control and if something was turned on with the remote it could only be turned off with the remote. One of the reasons I took the batteries out and left it in a drawer until we traded it.

Same as Dick. The led over the pinbox comes on with the curbside scare light. It also comes on with the remote. If it gets turned on by remote, it must get turned off by remote.

on my 2013 alpine, the lights over the pinbox come on with a switch in the curb side front bay, above the cutoff switch

Replace the battery in your remote. Then follow the instructions on the panel above and back of the batteries to re set it.

Bought our 5th used and am not aware of a remote. What am I looking for? What does it do? My light was not on initially but has been constant for the last 4 months.

Our 2010 3665RE has a small black remote that that you can control the slides and outside lights from outside your rig.

woo-hoo the season is just starting and I just learned what the heck a scare light is.

A scare light is a light designed to brightly illuminate the sides of a trailer as a way to scare of a possible intruder. Sometimes they are motion detector style lights that will turn off and on as they detect motion.------The education continues.

If the scare/front led lights were turner on with the remote, they mist be turned off with the remote.

On my unit, I did not like the pin box light coming on with the scare lights (makes no sense). I pulled out the entire switch panel and rewired it so the front light comes on with the porch light. You can configure what switch controls what by simply moving a few wires around. Wires appeared to be a home run from there and not daisy chained from one fixture to another

Billhorn. I agree, I had to Google what a scare light is. I love this forum, I learn something new every time I read MOC.
