elecrical help disc brake conversion

I have everything laid out to change my 2016 over to disc brakes.
reading the literature is states the Hydrastar actuator can draw 40 amp when temp drop below 10 deg. we usually leave Michigan end December and can get down to 10 below. little concerned about drawing 40 amps through the truck.
any issues with connecting directly to the battery on the monty?

thank you

The brake controller for the disc brakes on the monte should be wired through a resettle breaker to the monte battery. That is the power source, not the truck!

sounds good, where or what is the "resettle" breaker? looking in the compartment with battery all I did see were 2 lines with inline 20 amp fuses.

didn't mean to be a wise apple on the "resettle" new to this RV stuff and didn't know what it was just wanted to make sure. went to the auto store will pick up the resettable breaker in the morning. as a note I did call Hydrastar before posting this morning and the tech must have partied hearty yesterday. he said "do it either way its your truck what ever you are comfortable with" not warm and fuzzy feeling there.
thank you for the help.

not taken that way at all, good luck with the project. I have heard it makes a huge difference in stopping power and distance.
