The area where the train derailed had received over 20" rain Fri and Sat. I think the track had washed out. I-45 south of Dallas was closed, reopened, closed, reopened, several times. Now the Houston area is getting pounded. We ONLY got a little over 6" north of Dallas. Fortunately it had been so dry so long the first 4" soaked in like a sponge.

System is finally moving east so roads should be good in a couple days.
