Stove won't light
Stove pilot won't light, burners won't light. Fridge next to stove will run on propane. What can be wrong?

You have to light the oven with a match or lighter, sometimes it takes quite awhile for the propane to get clear up to the burners.

Could also be a pinched/blocked gas line.

Is the stove getting gas to it? Have you tried light the burners with a match? If you try to light it with a match it should blow on the match.

We have two issues with our range. The first is the wire from the igniter occasionally falls off, and just have to push it back into the connector. And with the oven, just lit it today for a meal, you might need a flashlight aimed at the pilot, but you have to push in on the knob when in the pilot position, and hold it a little longer than you might think necessary, so the gas makes it to the pilot flame position, and then I light ours with a butane bar-b-que lighter. It does take some flexibility to do this operation. There are a few individuals on the MOC that have the talent to wire an igniter to the oven, which would makes things much easier.

Tried all that stove is right next to the stove and it will run on gas. Thinking small gas regulator in stove may be shot.

Don't believe there is a reg on the stove. because the entire propane system, after the reg at the tanks, is set to 11 inches WC, which is what the appliances use.

Agree with op, there is a regulator built into the stove top that feeds top and oven. If you can see spark at one of the burners and that burner won't light...and...you tried this with the fridge on electric, then that regulator has gone bad. Part number is 51062. Think this will require stove to be pulled and some disassembly to get the reg out. Gas pipe dope and multiple wrenches a must. John

The real problem is the 3160 has a propensity to pinch the flexible propane hose connecting the frame to the slide. After it has been pinched for a while it no longer opens up and consequently the stove doesn't light (neither burner nor oven). Have the dealer replace (or do it yourself if you are comfortable with propane) the flexible line and reposition it so it doesn't pinch when the slide closes.
