Speedy screen door latch opener

Navybankers post reminded me of the Bicycle spoke screen-door opener. Pretty slick.
I installed about 10 or 12 of them at the rally in Branson Missouri.
I think it was Steve and Vicky R. that gave me the spoke, I credit them with the idea.
The latch is to keep the cats in...
Sue dressed it up with a Beading Jewel. She spent a good hour reaming out the hole so it would fit the bicycle spoke.
You just push down on the spoke, the screen door opens, no need to slide the cover open. I changed to a clear sliding cover.
Rock-ON!

Ozz a stainless filler rod works real good also plus they are thicker than a bike spoke.

I used a coat hanger and a wire nut.
