Shout out to Wise RV Glass for their excellent customer service in replacing our broken window. We broke the escape window pane of our large four pane rear window. Since ours is a 2015 model, we could not get a replacement pane from Lippert, the manufacturer, but they suggested we replace the entire window at a cost of around $2,000. Wise RV Glass will custom cut (and have tempered) a replacement pane and ship it to you if you are not able to go to them for the install. He kept us updated throughout the entire ordering process and gave us step by step instructions for the install. Total cost was just over $400. Highly recommend this option if you find yourself in a similar situation.
