remodel the bathroom sink/vanity

Has anyone replaced their bathroom sink and counter top plus the medicine cabinet in a 3160 5er or like model. I want to remove the cabinet an replace with a flat mirror, move the sink to the left 5 inches and put cabinets on the right side. If you have seen the new 2020 39xx that's what I'm after. How is the medicine cabinet hung and what damage could I expect on the wall. Thanks

I do not have a 3160, but are interested in what’s behind the medicine cabinets? On our model, it’s a task to shave every morning without hitting your head under the medicine cabinets. Hopefully someone will chime in, we like your idea too.

This is what we just completed in our 2018.5 3701LK bathroom. The wife wanted a vessel sing and new faucet. Hope I attached the photos correctly lol.

Our cabinet was attached to the overhead light fixture by 2-3 screws, also screwed to wall along right edge of door frame. I had to remove both the cabinet and complete sink base from bathroom. The sink counter/bowl was stapled to the vanity base about 100 times around perimeter.

I custom ordered a piece of solid surface top to my specs, drilled my own holes for sink drain and faucet. I used shark bites on all connections under sink and had to re-plumb drain line. Also replaced "back flow" valve with a brass unit as I already had sink base removed. We then removed outlets and switches and put matching tile on 2 walls to match whats in the kitchen of our coach.

Was not a hard job by any means, just time consuming figuring out how and where I wanted everything to be positioned and installed. Total job time less than 6 hours, after having needed materials at hand and ready to be installed.

Yeah, our HC has the same problem...small sink tucked back too far under the medicine cab. I've thought about just replacing the medicine cabinet with somethings similar to CarWin's pics. Then the existing sink would work OK.

We have just upgraded the counter and sinks in our 2019 HC 320RL. Not finished yet as it’s far too cold in Alberta to caulk but this gives you an idea.
