I am new owner of 2020 3120RL , after first week parked I had a very small leak front Driver side. Got a repair ticket # from Lippert . During our current COVID 19 close down, service canceled. I did some more investigating. Turns out the ODS control station just below Lippert panel had a Very small weeping sheen on the Middle Hose Connection . This small amount of fluid traveled down hose, then transferred to wire loom that goes to the pressure switch , and also got the top of the landing gear wet, that eventually landed on the Pad, leaving a little pool.
If your leak was front driver side , maybe this helps?
There are a lot of hose connections

Our leak first showed on the middle driver side landing plate then about 8 months later
leaking also showed on the middle passenger side landing plate. We tightened both sides at the jacks, but the connections appear to still have slow leaks.

We had both front leaking jacks replaced under extended warranty about a year ago.

Our front jacks on our 2017 3950BR began leaking fluid at 2 years, and we took to Lippert for replacement (not warranted BTW). They recommended using CRC Power Lube to wipe the jacks.
Has anyone found those front jacks ride too low to the ground? Anybody damaged one on rutty or uneven dirt roads?

I wish Lippert would be CONSISTENT with what they recommend for maintenance on the Level Up system. First it was silicon spray, then hydraulic fluid, now CRC, do they just make things up as time goes by??

At the end of the season I apply a coat of ATF fluid or motorcycle strut fluid... all six hyd gear stay down from end of October till mid May each year..
I don’t retract every two weeks.. serves no purpose...the internal seals are encased in fluid. The external seal is just a “wiper” seal to remove dirt and such from exposed strut surface.
Before I retract the levelers when getting ready to use after 5 months of being down I wipe the exposed cylinders clean and apply a light coat of ATF or motorcycle cycle fork oil
Silicone spray evaporates over time and exposure to UV and...my opinion doesn’t do anything for long time exposure.
Pics are of front LG and mid levelers on an RV that’s seen 7 seasons use...no leaks on any struts and exposed cylinders are in excellent condition
