Must change: Dim ceiling light (pucks)

Hi All, one of the changes I must make is to be able to dim the ceiling lights - they're just too dang bright (as are all of the puck lights - over the dining table, (not the recliners as there's a factory installed dimmer for them) and over the bed. The ceiling lights in our 2021 3120RL are controlled by a single switch on the Control Panel (see pic). Has anyone replaced this switch (switch above the Control Panel in the pic below) with a on/off/dimmer switch and if so, what did you use?

Also want to dim the other puck lights I mentioned - over the dining table and over the bed but those 4 lights all have on/off switches in them. Anyone found a way to dim those scorchingly bright lights?

Looks like this is a solution for the individually switched LED puck/dome lights...thanks to @Foldbak for this post and links
