Mine is not much better, but at least I can see my water pump. I installed a "water pump silencer kit" https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1; this helped some. Then I installed a foam pad under the water pump; that helped a little more. The thing that helped the most was using pipe insulation on the water lines near the pump. Insulate them everywhere they touch each other or anything else. The water lines are what propagate most of the noise.

These photos were taken before I made the water pump mods.

I'm almost afraid to look inside my 2017 370BR now. My Cougar was a joy compared to what I see here and on my new more expensive rig.

That's bad. I hate sloppy workmanship like this.

Hi
That’s typical keystone they are using people to do the wiring that don’t even have electric in their homes.
Ours was so bad that with all of the 12V electrical items removed from the 12v system I had 90V ac on the 12V system from induction.
They had run all of the ac and dc wires together. As Chris Craft demonstrated at their plant in Pompano Florida this can result in serious problems so series they burned to the ground a new 50 ft boat that had never in the water

can`t make this stuff up
wife wants a new rear den model, the `13 HC we have is well built and has no issues, Hershey is coming up soon and this is what got me in trouble last time we went. Things are going so smoothly with the unit.
I`m scared.

I have been around boats running them and working on them most of my life. I have only been messing around with campers for the last 20 years . It absolutely amazes me the difference in quality between the two. The rv industry should be ashamed at the orginzation of the wiringing and plumbing on these units.
After our fire I did a lot of organizing and strapping of wires and plumbing took quite a bit of time but makes me feel better knowing its done.

My wife had the same type of thoughts so we now have the HC 370 BR. The BR is for Bonus Room. The fight is on, man cave or her craft/sewing room.
