Carol, glad to hear things are working out. One thing I have that helps if one of the computers goes down is a portable harddrive. I used it a lot when I was working to transfer files from work to home but now I use it for a backup. Real easy to use (plugs into a USB port) and about the size of a PDA.
Happy trails...................

Sue,

Actually, I now will have a hard drive for serious backups. Al bought me a new one, faster, and the old one will be the back up harddrive. Sweet!

But, I am so paranoid about backups that when I have done a bit of work, I back up the data files to a DVD or CD and also put the files on other computers. I need to do the transfer to the other computers more frequently than I do, but if I have the data backed up on CD or DVD, heaven forbid, if I really lose a hard drive or computer, I can reinstall programs and then reinstall data.

Never can be toooooooo careful with that ole data!

Thanks for the suggestion, tis a good one!
