Extra test what?! Us non-HAMs or RC folk do not know what you are talking about. It's sounds cool, we just don't know what to whoo-you back about.

There are three levels of amature radio licenses in the US. They are Technician, General and Extra Class. I got my Tech license in April, upgraded to General in June, and just passed the test for the Extra Class. Each level gives you access to more frequencies.

Topic is Ham radio and RC control.
As an Extra class Amateur Radio operator I know what it takes to get the Extra class license. Since Tom got his ham ticket earlier this year I already put two plus one to make Extra. The (now) third upgrade in the Ham licensing structure.

Congrats Tom! Maybe I'll use you to contact some of our foreign exchange students overseas some time!

Congratulations Tom. Knew how hard it was to get, just didn't know what the reward was.
