Green Wizard light flashing FAST, 6x per second?

I have been looking up the Progressive electric panel info online and I have the manual, but nothing mentions a FAST blink. They talk at times about 2-3 flashes per second, but mine is more like 5-6 per second. Rapid Flash.



What does that mean?


I have not found any suggestions for a new battery, but thinking that this may be what is going on. As far as I know, this is the original battery.

I already had the manual but when you said "all the way to the bottom" I found another page to download that had the meanings of all the lights, and how to manipulate them. I downloaded Operation Wizard Pendant download for the extra details.
