Hey Petmoose, Alaska? That's a long trip from Denton. We just did 16 days in May there with an attached cruise. Took over 2000 pix. Thought it would be one of those "once in a lifetime" trips but we're planning another flyin in late August 2021. Started looking at the map for future RV trips there. Wow! Good way to rack up some fuel usage. Fairbanks shows 4,000 miles - 66 hrs and I'm pretty sure that we can add at least 30% to that time turning the wheels.
I had evidence of two factory seals beginning to leak with less than 5,000 miles on the camper. One of the bearings had noticeable scoring but not bad enough to replace. Did all 4 bearing sets and races (Timkin). Just under $200 for the full banana.
