Fuel discounts and pricing
I just got our first “Settlement statement” from using our TSD card. After the TA service fee and the TSD commission we saved 38 cents per gallon over local prices. Not too bad. Didn’t need a lot of fuel but by using the map on the app I could search out a 150 mile radius which is helpful.
Next stop is Macon Georgia area. Using the TSD app I found the prices a bit higher than local prices but only because I am using a credit card (Chase Freedom) that gives me 5% cash back on gas/fuel this quarter. Without the 5%, the TSD card would be a few cents per gallon cheaper and fueling at a truck stop does have its advantages.
